Mushy Mummy

I made this one a while ago and meant to post it sooner. It's a little guy sculpted in ZBrush (and showing the composite of the color and shading).

Funny Tubes

It's easy to make funny shapes like this in Modo, and the renders come out pretty well too.

Skeleboid

Matryoshkas

Lots of 3D recently! This is me attempting some simple texturing and rendering of things, mostly for practice. The top render uses illustrations I drew, and the second uses illustrations from Utagawa Kuniyoshi (a guy from 19th century Japan). I wanted to do a bunch of matryoshkas that were all different characters - maybe I still will.

For a little thing I'm working on...

Octo Mouf

A couple more Modo renders.

Octo Grid

First render with the really great Modo 401.

Tough Guy

This guy was made in Zbrush. I should do a turntable video when I upload 3d stuff (or do better renders). I do like the modeling here though.

Mirror-Face Weirdo 13

Not more of this 3d stuff! Not more of these mirror-face weirdos!
Yes, it's true, but tomorrow I'm going to draw something completely different. Or the next day maybe.

Mirror-Face Weirdo 12

This picture is also 3d. It's very easy to sculpt symmetrically and even radially in ZBrush, and this is just modeling on top of a plane. I didn't quite like the version I had here before, so I just redid it...

Champion

Here's another 3d one sculpted in ZBrush.

Scary 3D Skulls

I've posted very little 3d modeling stuff here, but that's what this is. Ooh, scary stuff! Well, it is almost Halloween (if we're to believe the displays at the grocery store).

3D Birdman

This is mostly an exercise in low-poly modeling and baking stuff to textures:

...but it's also a funny birdman.

3D Octopus

Look, an octopus!

3D Turtle

This is a little experiment with animated textures on 3D objects (specifically turtles). Be wary if you have photosensitive epilepsy. Actually, now I've built it up too much by saying that...:

3D Roobit

This little 3D robot would like to perform for you. I think this is pretty cool, myself.
