Another moustache guy

I dunno, it's just fun to draw moustaches. This guy looks sort of like he's supposed to be a caricature of a specific somebody (maybe Prince's cousin or something), but really he's just a made-up guy. Actually, he looks a lot like that last guy in many ways.
